General conditions

Booking contract: 

A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or a guarantee by credit card. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees to the credit card provided to us as a guarantee. 

A credit card is required for room reservations, no exceptions.

 

We accept the following payments: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, cash or bank transfer before the arrival date. Personal checks and Travellers' checks are not accepted. 

 

The room is accessible from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and will be available until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

The extension of the rental of the rooms made available and their use for purposes other than accommodation require the hotel's prior written agreement and may be subject to additional invoicing.

 

Breakfast :

the client must confirm the number of breakfasts no later than the day before before 6 p.m.  It is served in the room between 9 and 10:30 a.m.

 

The hotel is not responsible for theft. 

The hotel declines all responsibility for the deterioration of equipment brought by third parties. 

The client is liable vis-à-vis the hotel for all damage and losses caused by himself, his companions or auxiliaries or by participants in an event.

 

Libelous or offensive comments published on review platforms (such as TripAdvisor) about the hotel's services, which are defamatory in nature and which the hotel is able to refute, will be reported to the competent authorities. The hotel reserves the right to demand damages and moral reparations.

 

Any additional cleaning or repairs required, even if discovered after departure from the hotel, will be charged to the guest's account.

 

Cancellations: 

Cancellation free of charge up to 5 days before the date of arrival. After these deadlines a 100% deposit is requested. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

 

The hotel is entitled to terminate the contract at any time, on an extraordinary basis and with immediate effect, for an objectively justified reason, by a unilateral written declaration. The following are considered objectively justified reasons, for example:

 

-a guarantee that has not been provided within the time limit set by the hotel

- force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of the hotel which make it objectively impossible to perform the contract 

- if the hotel has justified reasons to suppose that the use of the agreed services is likely to harm the smooth running of its business, the safety of other customers or the reputation of the hotel

 

Animals: 

At the Crazy Lounge your little friends are welcome, a supplement of CHF 10.- per day will be charged per animal, food not included. 

Any additional cleaning related to the presence of undeclared pets, even if discovered after departure from the hotel, will be charged to the guest's account.

 

 

 

 

Change: 

Any updates or additions to booking confirmations should be made in writing, if possible. 

Unilateral amendments and additions are null and void. By signing the booking confirmation or unilaterally confirming a booking, you agree to the terms and conditions.

 

Responsibility :

In order to guarantee your safety and peace of mind, the Crazy Lounge is monitored 24 hours a day. However, each customer is responsible for himself. Under no circumstances can our establishment be held responsible for damage or theft in the rooms or suites. The client must be able to provide proof of civil liability and multi-risk insurance.

 

Items found: 

They will be sent only at the recipient's request, at his cost and at his own risk. If these items are not claimed within 12 months, the hotelier reserves the right to dispose of them.

 

Smoke:

According to the law in force, it is forbidden to smoke inside the rooms. The hotelier reserves the right to cash or debit the credit card for an amount of CHF 200.- if it finds that a client has violated this point, without having to provide proof.

 

Internet access:

The guest obtains the login data in the room. This service is free for all customers. The customer is responsible for the use of his connection data. Responds to abuses and illegal behavior in the use of the Internet. 

If the internet connection does not work for a reason beyond the establishment's control, the latter cannot be held responsible for these facts.
